Shooting an Underwater Film | Showing Up VLog 16
HAVE THE COURAGE AND FAITH TO BIRTH THE CREATIONS THAT YOU’RE PREGNANT WITH..
We’re going behind the scenes of creating a short film. I’m showing you the behind the scenes BECAUSE I want to remind you to create the projects that are in your heart. The process of creating can feel both magical and messy. and that’s OK! creating is both joyful AND messy… I want to remind people to not turn back when things get hard. if you’re in the middle of birthing a project, here’s what I want you to know.. the messy bits DON’T mean, turn back. They mean, get focused, get aligned, get connected, and move FORWARD!
In this video, we did an underwater shoot which was my first every underwater shoot. We learnt ALOT! There were things we got right about it, and lots of learning for next time. We definitely needed better underwater lighting for this.
let’s talk all about BIRTHING and CREATIVITY. today I’m taking you behind the scenes of filming a video that I released last week. it was challenging to film, and at 9.30pm at night after filming on and off for 13 hours… and I was sneezing, tired and hungry with sore eyes and nose from the water… I was thinking about how important this message is…
that when you’re in the middle of birthing a project, the contractions are NOT a sign to turn back. they’re a sign that new life is about to come through, and to keep moving forward
my OVERALL message that I hope you get into your cells through watching this video….
“HAVE THE COURAGE AND FAITH TO BIRTH THE CREATIONS THAT YOU’RE PREGNANT WITH”
… ah and yes… what I said in the Vlog, is a true story. my son was TWELVE POUNDS! all natural too, no drugs. it’s my claim to fame 😉
New episodes of ShowingUp are released every week as regular reminders to us all to drop the rules, excuses and barriers to ShowingUp for ourselves at the highest level while ALSO giving ourselves permission to be total and utter human beings in the process..
