MAKE THE CHANGE TO CHOOSING ALL OF YOU

Change is great but not when it’s the pre-requisite for accepting yourself because if it does, the price tag will be your freedom.

Change this — I don’t want to see it.

Change this — I can’t be with it.

Change this — I don’t like it.

Change this — so I can accept me.

Change this — so you can accept me.

Change this — so I can be better.

Change this — so I can finally be happy.

…and I’m not just talking about the body. I’m talking about changing ALL the things about you that you cannot accept — your looks, your personality, your history, your mistakes. All of the incredible things that make you, YOU.

When you’re constantly wanting to change them all, you miss out on the uniqueness of you, the uniqueness of YOUR journey.

Change is great but not when it’s the pre-requisite for accepting yourself because if it does, the price tag will be your freedom.

Make the change to choosing you ALL of you.

I completely agree with you about thinspiration, whilst accepting people may wish to look after their bodies from a health perspective, which may involve losing weight, but not to unhealthy levels. What I am wondering about is the connection between weight control for appearance’s sake and the use of make-up. Why do women need to wear make up? Most men don’t.
